4 Months of Transformation: My Journey Through Dr. Courtney Hunt's Instagram Group and Webinars!

I just wrapped up a life-changing four-month experience that I'm excited to share with my community. It was a deep dive into human optimization led by the brilliant Dr. Courtney Hunt, a board-certified Ob/Gyn and metabolic health expert. Through her daily live teachings on Instagram and a comprehensive webinar series, I explored the science and power behind ketosis, fasting, sunlight, hormones and more-tools I already work with-but now understand and use on an even deeper level .


Dr. Hunt is known for delivering cutting-edge, research backed content, and what makes her groups so powerful is her consistency. She teaches live every single morning. That daily rhythm, the constant reinforcement, and the connection with like-minded individuals created the kind of learning that truly sticks. As she says, "Repetition is the key to mastery," and I have lived that truth for 120 days .


We began with the metabolic foundations-ketosis, fasting, and how mitochondrial function drives healing and energy. We studied the science of sunlight , Vitamin D, and the circadian clock's role in hormone balance, particularly how it all connects to estrogen, testosterone, and cortisol.


The final weeks elevated everything with an advanced protocol: muscle building, high-intensity training (HIT) and personalized biometrics via DexaFit scans. This wasn't just theory-it was practice, precision, and accountability.


As someone already passionate about ketones, metabolism, and helping people reclaim their energy and clarity, this experience deepened my own transformation and sharpened how I coach others!
